The results, scores, and qualification grades provided through AigisIQ are for informational purposes only and are not intended, and should not be relied upon, as a substitute for professional advice, legal counsel, regulatory guidance, or independent due diligence.
AigisIQ uses artificial intelligence to evaluate contractor-submitted documents — including insurance certificates, experience modification rate (EMR) documentation, safety questionnaires, injury statistics, and written safety programs — against configurable criteria. The resulting scores, grades, and qualification records are AI-generated assessments designed to assist clients in their contractor management processes.
These assessments do not constitute legal determinations, professional certifications, or regulatory approvals. AigisIQ does not represent that a contractor holding an "Approved" grade is legally compliant, insured, or qualified under any applicable law, regulation, or contract requirement. Clients remain solely responsible for their final contractor qualification decisions.
AigisIQ makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of its AI evaluation models, but does not warrant that evaluations are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI models may misinterpret, miss, or incorrectly score document content. Users should independently verify any evaluation result where accuracy is material to a business, legal, or safety decision.
AigisIQ is a software platform, not a licensed professional services firm, safety consultancy, legal practice, or insurance broker. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, safety, insurance, or professional engineering advice. If you require such advice, you should engage qualified professionals independently.
AigisIQ evaluates documents as submitted by contractors. AigisIQ does not independently verify the authenticity, accuracy, or currency of submitted documents and accepts no liability for documents that are fraudulent, expired, altered, or otherwise misrepresented by the submitting party. Clients are responsible for independently verifying contractor submissions where required.
AigisIQ may reference or incorporate regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and third-party data (including OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and industry-specific compliance frameworks) in its evaluation criteria. AigisIQ does not represent that its criteria are exhaustive, current, or applicable to your specific jurisdiction, industry, or contractual requirements. Standards change — users should confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AigisIQ, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the AigisIQ platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI evaluation results, contractor qualification decisions, or document review outcomes.
