A qualification event is one contractor being fully evaluated for one client. It covers every document upload and AI evaluation for that contractor–client relationship — insurance certificates, EMR records, safety questionnaire, injury statistics, and written safety programs. You pay once and receive a complete scored, graded qualification record.
A qualification is valid until the underlying documents expire. Insurance certificates typically expire annually; EMR documentation is updated yearly; safety programs are evergreen unless your client requires re-evaluation. When documents expire and a contractor resubmits, that is a new qualification event. You are never charged for an arbitrary subscription renewal.
By default, the client pays. When you initiate a connection with a contractor, you will see a clear prompt: pay yourself, request the contractor pay, or split. No charge is made until you confirm. Either party can pay — the choice is yours at every connection.
For $9.99, a contractor can request an AI evaluation against AIGIS platform standard criteria — without needing a client to initiate the connection. This earns them an "AIGIS Verified" badge in the contractor directory, so clients can find and evaluate them before ever making contact. It is optional and one-time.
Bundles are pre-purchased qualification credits that sit in your account balance. When you qualify a contractor, one credit is deducted. Credits do not expire. The more you buy upfront, the lower the per-event rate — up to 30% off at 100 qualifications.
No — and that is intentional. AIGIS is designed to handle the contractors that do not or will not enroll in traditional networks like ISN. It is a fast, low-friction supplement: no annual commitments, no per-registrant fees for contractors, no heavy onboarding. Many clients use AIGIS alongside ISN for exactly this reason.
Re-uploading within an active qualification is included at no extra charge. A new qualification event is only billed when a previously completed qualification expires and a contractor initiates a fresh requalification cycle.
