Information you provide directly:

  • Account registration data: name, email address, password, role (client or contractor)
  • Company profile data: company name, address, EIN, phone number, industry
  • Documents submitted for qualification: insurance certificates, EMR documentation, safety programs, questionnaire responses, injury statistics
  • Communications: messages sent to our support team, feedback submitted through the platform

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the platform
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the AigisIQ platform
  • To perform AI evaluation of submitted contractor documents
  • To generate qualification records, scores, and grades
  • To send notifications related to your account, document expiry, and qualification status
  • To process payments and manage billing (when billing is activated)
  • To respond to support requests and feedback
  • To improve our AI models and platform features
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

With other platform users:

  • Clients can view the qualification records, scores, and submitted documents of contractors connected to them
  • Contractors who opt into the directory make their profile and qualification grade visible to all platform clients

With service providers:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and file storage
  • Anthropic — AI document evaluation (documents are processed per Anthropic's data use policies)
  • Stripe — payment processing (when billing is activated)

For legal or safety reasons:

  • When required by law, subpoena, or government request
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of AigisIQ, its users, or the public

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and company data for as long as your account is active. Submitted qualification documents and evaluation records are retained to support ongoing compliance tracking and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@aigisiq.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Data Security

AigisIQ uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), Firebase authentication, and Firestore security rules to protect your information. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities
